I am beyond excited to be a part of the Nash Orthodontics team.
I feel lucky to have grown up in Mt. Pleasant, and it is a dream to return home to practice orthodontics. It is special working with kids attending the same schools that I did.
Maybe most people always knew what they wanted to be when they grew up, but not me! I was an engineer first, then dentist and orthodontist second. I studied Industrial Engineering at Clemson (Go Tigers!) and worked for Boeing in Charleston. I attended MUSC for dental school and then completed orthodontic residency at the University of Louisville.
Some of my favorite stories to tell include: meeting my adventurous wife McKenzie, how being a summer camp counselor taught me to not take myself too seriously, and watching dentistry change lives -- both in the states and on international dental mission teams. My family loves to laugh about me visiting the ER more times overseas than in the US.
I am thrilled to be a part of Nash Orthodontics and serve my hometown community!
